    Thechallenge

    Three portals, four logins, and fax machines still in the loop. Patients couldn’t see their own records in one place, and clinics drowned in duplicate data entry across legacy EHR systems.

    Theresponse

    One platform with role-aware views, real-time scheduling, and bidirectional EHR sync. WCAG 2.2 AA compliance is enforced in CI, and the interface language was rewritten with clinicians at the table — every label tested with real patients.
