    Thechallenge

    Enterprise teams were juggling six disconnected reporting tools, each with its own latency, schema, and version of the truth. Analysts spent more time reconciling exports than reading them, and critical signals surfaced days late.

    Theresponse

    We built an event-driven pipeline feeding a streaming dashboard layer with sub-second updates, then wrapped it in an interface calm enough for executives and deep enough for analysts. A custom visual grammar, keyboard-first navigation, and shareable live views made data the default language of every meeting.
