    Thechallenge

    NovaPay was scaling from beta to national launch with an app assembled under deadline pressure: inconsistent patterns, opaque money states, and an onboarding drop-off near sixty percent.

    Theresponse

    We rebuilt the experience on a token-driven design system, compressed onboarding into a progressive three-minute flow, and made money movement legible — every state, fee, and delay explained in plain language. Hardened sessions and biometric flows cleared the security audit on the first pass.
