ZS Beauty Studio is Dr. Zore Suleimanova’s permanent-makeup and medical-grade facial studio in Newport Beach. We designed and built a site as refined as her work — and wired it straight into the studio’s Square account, so clients see real availability, book and manage their appointments without ever leaving the page.

Thechallenge
Bookings were split between Instagram DMs and Square’s generic booking page: more than forty treatments with no clear menu, a checkout that looked nothing like the brand, and changing an appointment meant a call or a message. Prices and durations lived in Square, the website somewhere else, and the two kept drifting apart.

A Next.js + Payload CMS site talks to Square’s APIs directly. The treatment menu syncs from the studio’s Square catalog, and every calendar reads live team availability — a month view with bookable days, open times grouped into morning, afternoon and evening, and a specialist picker whenever more than one artist offers the treatment. Booking takes three steps and holds the spot with a card saved through Square’s Web Payments SDK. Clients manage their own appointments with a 6-digit email code, then reschedule or cancel, while the studio’s live cancellation policy is enforced on the server — including a consented late-cancellation fee. If the API is ever unavailable, the flow falls back to Square’s own widget, then to plain links.
